The Outcome
The Westland Truck Wash site is simple, effective, and achieved the goal of helping customers locate WTW and answer simple questions about the services they offer. And for WTW this was exactly what they needed their website to do.
The Challenge
Westland Truck Wash is a small business that offers a variety of services including a truck and RV wash, a carwash, a propane filling station, vehicle storage, and more. However, the services they are offer are distinctly offline. In this case the goal was not to help them do business online but simply to help people quickly locate them and basic information about the services they offer.
The Plan
We wanted to create a simple, attractive site that would meet their needs. To this end we decided that the site should answer the common questions that were asked in phone calls. The included 'What services do you offer?', 'What are your hours?', and 'Where are you located?'. Every page on the site provides quick, obvious answers to the questions.
We placed the hours on every page and links for directions and contact info at the top and bottom of each page. The site is made up of a few pages that describe the various services that WTW offers. It has been kept simple and to the point.
